This is a little different from the rest. Do you remember Cat’s Cradle or that String and Button game? These threadpainted (free motion stitched) hands are all in mid-movement with a variety of coloured, hand stitched embroidery thread. The base fabric is stretched over a 10”x10” frame with a triangle, metal hanger installed in the back so they are ready to hang. These mini wall hangings were an artistic experiment in the studio. We think they portray a lot of emotion. What do you think?
